Job summary

Capstone Logistics, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager in Fort Worth to lead daily warehouse functions and drive safety and efficiency. You will oversee budgeting, staffing, and data-driven reporting while ensuring high levels of customer service and compliance with policies.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years in a management role within logistics or distribution, with strong coaching skills and proficiency in MS Office tools.

Qualifications

• 3 years of management and leadership experience in an industrial setting.
• Ability to train, coach, and mentor warehouse associates.
• Strong organization and prioritizing skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and read P&L statements.
• Proficient with MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate rates with carrier representatives.
• Run site with safety and efficiency as priorities.
• Audit daily labor and billing reports.
• Ensure customer needs and issues are addressed daily.
• Schedule shifts and interview, hire, and train new associates.
• Prepare payroll records and daily closeout per SOP.
