The Armstrong Collective in Denver, Colorado, is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead all aspects of warehouse operations, inventory management, and internal logistics for provisioning the train fleet. You will translate priorities into clear objectives, align resources, and foster a high‑performing, inclusive team culture focused on safety and service excellence.

This position requires 3+ years of leadership in warehousing, proficiency with WMS and inventory systems, and a proactive, data‑driven

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of leadership in warehouse, logistics, or operations management.
• Post-secondary education in logistics, supply chain, or related field preferred.
• Experience implementing process improvements and maintaining inventory accuracy.
• Occasional travel and onsite work during peak season (April–November).

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse operations, inventory control, and internal logistics.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and reconciliation; identify trends.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, sales, and other stakeholders to align inventory and service levels.
• Establish and improve warehouse processes, layouts, and efficiency.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management for team members.
• Oversee scheduling and payroll administration; manage resources effectively.
