Responsibilities

Negotiate carrier rates and manage site operations with safety and efficiency as priorities.
Run the site focusing on safety and productivity.
Create and balance daily deposits and data entries.
Prepare daily work logs and send to corporate.
Audit daily labor and billing reports.
Meet customer needs daily and resolve issues quickly.
Ensure associates follow policies and safety rules.
Hold weekly safety meetings and drive participation.
Assist budgeting and scheduling shifts for staff.
Hire, train, and supervise new associates.
Oversee timely data entry and payroll record administration.
