Job summary

Advancing Eco Agriculture in Aurora, CO is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead our facility, overseeing daily warehouse operations, safety, quality, and inventory accuracy while driving efficiency.

You will manage shipping and receiving, coordinate material flow with production, mentor a high‑performing team, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with Supply Chain across multiple warehouses. A 5+ year leadership background and experience with WMS/ERP are required.

Qualifications

5+ years of progressive warehouse or distribution leadership experience.
Strong working knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory control systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel).
Proven track record in safety management, lean principles, and process improvement.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate teams.
Ability to work flexibly across functions, including hands-on support in shipping, receiving, and production during peak periods.
Valid driver's license and ability to obtain forklift and other equipment certifications.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily warehouse operations and safety compliance.
Lead site inventory management, cycle counts, and discrepancy control.
Coordinate material flow to support manufacturing and production.
Direct shipping and receiving to ensure on-time, damage-free deliveries.
Collaborate with Supply Chain and other warehouses as needed.
Train and mentor warehouse staff; monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
Assist in budget preparation and cost management.
