The role requires hands-on supervision, experience with Tecsys Elite and MQ1, and strong data analytics using Excel.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree and 5 years distribution/warehouse management experience.
• Minimum 3 years supervisory experience.
• Healthcare experience in a regulated environment with cGMPs, VAWD, ISO, DEA, FDA, and US Customs knowledge.
• Familiar with temperature-controlled warehousing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to conduct research as needed.
• Attention to detail and organization.
• Interest in fast-paced environments.

Aufgaben

• Direct, mentor, train, and coach direct reports.
• Prepare and maintain departmental budget.
• Lead and/or assist with planning, design, and delivery of initiatives.
• Track warehouse accuracy and productivity; implement improvements.
• Interact with CEO, VPs, Directors, Clients and Managers to meet initiatives.
• Oversee after-hour events and potential 24/7 emergency operations.
• Serve as Hazard Communication Program Administrator.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, SOPs, and regulatory standards.
• Negotiate and manage vendor contracts; promote safety and client focus.
