Job summary

LifeScience Logistics in Lehigh County, PA seeks an experienced warehouse operations leader to direct, mentor, and coach direct reports while serving as Designated Representative for the site. You will prepare and maintain departmental budgets, lead initiatives, and ensure compliance with cGMP, FDA, ISO, and DEA standards.

You will manage vendor contracts, improve productivity and morale, oversee after-hours events and possibly 24/7 emergencies, and coordinate with executives to meet company

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years distribution and warehouse management experience.
• Minimum 3 years supervisory experience.
• Healthcare experience in a regulated environment with cGMPs, VAWD, ISO, DEA, FDA, and US Customs standards.
• Familiar with temperature-controlled warehousing.
• Impeccable verbal and written communication skills; attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Direct, mentor, train, and coach direct reports.
• Prepare and maintain departmental budget.
• Lead and/or assist with planning, design, and delivery of company initiatives.
• Track and improve warehouse accuracy, productivity, and morale.
• Negotiate and manage contracts for vendor services.
• Oversee after-hour events and 24/7 emergency operations as needed.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and safe working environment.
