Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field preferred or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience managing teams and leading supervisors.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience in warehouse operations within distribution/manufacturing environments.
• Commitment to safety and a proactive safety culture.

Responsibilities

• Provide strong leadership across the team and set clear expectations.
• Develop Warehouse Supervisors and frontline employees through coaching and training.
• Lead operational performance, safety, quality, productivity, and customer requirement metrics.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to improve efficiency and alignment.
