Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 3+ years leading teams and supervisors.
• Strong leadership, org, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Solid warehouse operations knowledge in distribution/manufacturing.
• Commitment to safety in the workplace.

Responsibilities

• Set and communicate clear expectations across the team.
• Inspire and engage employees to perform at their best.
• Partner with other departments to drive efficiency and consistency.
• Foster positive employee relations and maintain a union-free workplace.
• Train, coach, and develop Warehouse Supervisors and frontline staff.
• Maintain high visibility on the warehouse floor and communicate openly.
• Lead site management meetings and safety committee activities.
• Support workforce planning with HR and staffing decisions.
• Drive cost reduction and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and productive work environment.
• Coordinate with Customer Service and Inventory for alignment.
