Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years of supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership with organization and communication.
• Commitment to safety and safe work environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily shift meetings to align priorities and expectations.
• Coach and develop the team to ensure productivity and quality.
