Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field preferred or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of experience supervising others.
• Proven leadership with strong organization, communication and cross-functional teamwork.
• Strong commitment to a safe work environment and safety culture.
• Excellent planning, organizational, interpersonal, and written/verbal communication; high EI.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop employees on the shift to achieve productivity, quality, and safety goals.
• Conduct daily shift meetings; communicate priorities and performance.
• Coach, provide feedback, and track forklift productivity and safety.
• Maintain payroll accuracy via attendance and timekeeping oversight.
• Support inventory control, audits, and cross-functional collaboration; drive continuous improvement.
