Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 3+ years of experience managing teams and leading supervisors.
• Proven leadership with strong organization, communication and cross-functional teamwork.
• Solid understanding of warehouse operations in distribution/manufacturing.
• Strong commitment to safety and a safe work environment.
• Excellent planning, interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills with high EI.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.

• Support inventory counts and quality audits.
• Collaborate on scheduling and resource management.
