Job summary

Colonial Group is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead Supervisors and frontline staff at our logistics center. You will coach, develop, and set expectations to ensure safe, efficient, and consistent performance while partnering with other departments to drive initiatives and deploy training programs.

This hybrid role requires a strong focus on safety culture, workforce planning with HR, and locating cost-reduction opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience managing teams and leading supervisors or leaders.
• Proven leadership skills with organization, communication, and cross-functional teamwork.
• Solid understanding of warehouse operations in distribution/manufacturing.
• Strong commitment to safety and a safe work environment.
• Excellent planning, organizational, interpersonal, and verbal/written communication with emotional intelligence.
• MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word).
• Ability to adapt quickly and manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to engage with frontline employees and leadership to influence culture and drive results.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety committees and foster a safety culture.
• Monitor performance and implement process improvements.
• Plan staffing and workforce needs with HR.

• Lead site management meetings and employee round tables.
