DHL Supply Chain is seeking an Operations Manager II to oversee warehouse operations nationwide, with focus on leading and developing a diverse team. You will drive efficient workflows, labor planning, and process standardization to improve productivity, reduce costs, and ensure safety.

In this role you will generate KPI reports, collaborate with HR on supervisor hiring, and work closely with customers and cross-functional teams to meet and exceed order fulfillment expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years logistics industry experience.
• 2+ years supervisory/management experience.
• Experience with P&L management and project management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a diverse team of Supervisors and indirect reports.
• Develop and implement efficient workflows and labor plans.
• Uphold health and safety regulations and foster safety culture.
• Compile reports on KPIs, productivity and accuracy metrics.
• Foster open communication among leadership and associates.
• Collaborate with HR to hire Supervisors.
• Work with cross-functional teams to fulfill customer orders promptly.
• Partner with customers to address concerns and improve satisfaction.
