The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, KPI reporting, and partnering with HR on hiring to build a strong operations team that delivers reliable, high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 1+ years logistics industry experience required.
• 2+ years of supervisory or management experience required.
• Experience with P&L management, objective setting, and project management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a diverse team of Supervisors and indirect reports, cultivating inclusion and belonging.
• Develop and implement efficient workflows, labor planning, and standardized processes to boost productivity and reduce costs.
• Ensure health and safety compliance and foster a culture of safety awareness.
• Compile reports on KPIs such as productivity and accuracy to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with leadership to drive hiring of Supervisors and ensure top talent alignment.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to fulfill customer orders promptly and accurately.
• Partner with customers to address concerns and achieve high customer satisfaction.
