Qualifications

Strong leadership skills with team management in a warehouse or logistics setting.
Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
Forklift operation with OSHA-certified knowledge or certification.
Mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting warehouse equipment.
Knowledge of shipping/receiving procedures and inventory control techniques.

Responsibilities

Supervise shipping, receiving, inventory control, and materials handling to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
Manage distribution operations and coordinate with logistics providers to meet delivery deadlines.
Implement process improvements to reduce errors and boost productivity.
Oversee inventory using WMS to maintain accurate stock levels.
Lead and train staff to uphold safety standards and OSHA regulations.
Conduct regular safety audits and ensure regulatory compliance.
Oversee equipment operation and forklift safety.
