Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. is seeking an Operations Supervisor in the United States to lead distribution center activities, uphold safety standards, and optimize supply chain efficiency. You will manage daily operations, supervise associates, and drive performance in a fast-paced environment.

You will model safety, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and implement improvements to deliver reliable and cost-effective logistics results.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in distribution centre/warehouse operations or related area OR a Bachelor's degree in related field
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds and up to 70 pounds with assistance
• Basic math and reading comprehension skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills and safety compliance

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead operations associates in receiving, order fill, shipping and supporting tasks.
• Monitor production volume and allocate tasks for optimal workflow and performance.
• Enforce safety protocols, conduct training and address safety concerns.
• Respond quickly to changing workflow conditions with real-time decisions.
• Resolve operational issues to minimize disruptions in supply chain operations.
• Communicate objectives, daily workload plans and performance expectations.
• Provide guidance to associates through relations issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for improved supply chain performance.
