The position includes planning work, scheduling, inventory control, and ensuring adherence to procedures, with a pay range of $60,000–$65,000 per year and normal weekday hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or related experience.
• Ability to supervise 20+ employees.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise 20+ employees in the area of Operations.
• Interview, hire, and train employees; plan, assign, and direct work; appraise performance.
• Maintain inventory records and perform cycle counts; investigate variances and adjust records.
• Plan inbound and outbound schedules to meet customer metrics; determine staffing needs.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed and resolve worker grievances.
