Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or equivalent in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, and Operations.
• 3+ years progressively responsible management in a high-volume, multi-shift operation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee outbound (picking/packing) operations in a high-volume distribution center.
• Lead up to 4 salaried supervisors and ~100 non-exempt employees.
• Ensure accurate product receipt, order fulfillment, and cost-efficient operations.
• Analyze performance data to identify process variations and drive improvements.
• Lead continuous improvement using LEAN, DMAIC, Six Sigma tools.
• Promote safety compliance and employee engagement programs.
