You will manage up to four salaried supervisors and provide leadership to a large non-exempt workforce, focusing on safety, quality, and productivity while aligning with company goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, and Operations.
• 3+ years progressively responsible management experience in a high volume, multi‑shift operation dealing with large employee populations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee outbound picking and packing operations in a high-volume distribution center.
• Lead up to 4 salaried supervisors and manage up to 100 non-exempt employees.
• Improve processes to meet cost and efficiency targets.
