ORR Protection is seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager to lead in‑person warehouse and distribution operations in Louisville, KY. You will manage staff, optimize layout, oversee inventories, and partner with Purchasing, Operations, and logistics providers to ensure safe, accurate, on‑time fulfillment.

Responsibilities include implementing process improvements, driving KPI performance, and coordinating with carriers while maintaining a culture of safety and accountability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in warehouse, distribution, logistics, or related operations.
• 2+ years of experience leading or supervising warehouse employees.
• Experience with inventory management, receiving, shipping, and order fulfillment processes.
• Experience using an ERP, WMS, or similar inventory system and MS Excel.

Responsabilités

• Recruit, train, and manage warehouse staff and set performance expectations.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements.
• Optimize warehouse layout to improve flow and storage capacity.
• Oversee inventory counts, cycle counts, and ERP accuracy.
• Coordinate with freight carriers to negotiate rates and resolve logistics issues.
• Monitor KPIs such as OTIF, labor costs, and inventory shrinkage.
• Generate weekly/monthly operational reports for leadership.
