Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Dallas, TX to supervise daily logistics operations for the Supply Chain Solutions division.

Salary is $70,000 based on experience, with a Monday–Friday 7:00 AM–3:30 PM schedule and potential overtime to support business needs. Benefits include medical/dental/vision; 401(k) with company match; employee discounts; holidays and first-year PTO; up to 12 weeks of paid maternity leave.

Qualifications

• H.S. diploma/GED required.
• 1+ year experience in transportation, warehouse or distribution environment preferred.
• 0–1 year direct supervisory/leadership experience required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate and oversee day-to-day logistics operations.
• Plan and review logistics processes with the Logistics Manager.
• Establish work schedules and procedures; coordinate activities of workers to ensure optimal shift logistics.
• Accountable for site KPI and meet customer service specs.
• Address performance issues through corrective action and disciplinary process.
