Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in transportation, warehouse or distribution preferred.
• 0–1 year direct supervisory/leadership experience required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day logistics operations.
• Plan and review logistics processes with the Logistics Manager.
• Establish schedules and coordinate worker activities for optimal shifts.
• Maintain KPI tracking and drive performance improvements.
• Collaborate with customers on operations and service.
• Conduct performance reviews and recognize achievements.
