Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. in Dallas, TX is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily logistics operations within our Supply Chain Solutions division.

This is a salaried role with a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with flexibility for extra hours to meet business needs. Under supervision, you will coach staff, monitor KPIs, coordinate with the Logistics Manager, and drive safety and process improvements.

Qualifications

• H.S. diploma/GED required.
• One year or more experience in transportation, warehouse or distribution environment preferred.
• 0 to one year direct supervisory/leadership experience required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate and oversee day to day logistics operations.
• Plan and review logistics processes with the Logistics Manager.
• Establish work schedules and coordinate activities to ensure optimal shift performance.
• Accountable for site KPI.
• Collaborate with customers in all aspects of operations.
• Conduct performance evaluations and recognize top performers.
