Qualifications

• H.S. diploma/GED required.
• 1+ year or more experience in transportation, warehouse or distribution environment preferred.
• 0 to 1 year direct supervisory/leadership experience required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day logistics operations.
• Plan and review logistics processes with the Logistics Manager to meet standards and customer specs.
• Establish work schedules and procedures; coordinate activities for optimal shift performance.
• Accountable for site KPI.
• Collaborate with customers on operations.
• Conduct regular progress reviews and coach team members.
• Promote diversity and inclusion and encourage process improvements.
• Perform performance evaluations and recommend awards or merit increases.
