Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in transportation, warehouse or distribution environment preferred.
• 0–1 year direct supervisory/leadership experience required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate and oversee day-to-day logistics operations.
• Plan and review all logistics processes with the Logistics Manager.
• Establish work schedules and coordinate activities to ensure optimal shift performance.
• Accountable for site KPI and customer collaboration across operations.
• Ensure health & safety, security initiatives and adherence to company policies.
