Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to make objective decisions.
• Excellent organizational, people, and interviewing skills; conflict resolution ability.

Responsibilities

• Direct area staffing to meet manpower and scheduling needs.
• Lead and coach the team to meet productivity, safety, and quality standards.
• Monitor KPIs and report performance; ensure data accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordinate with other departments to share labor and cross-train as needed.
• Maintain tools and equipment; enforce site policies and safety practices.
