Job summary

Capstone Logistics, LLC in Tulsa, OK is seeking an Automation Engineer to support deployment, integration, and ongoing optimization of automated material handling and warehouse automation systems. This role collaborates with operations, IT, maintenance and external vendors to ensure systems operate safely, reliably, and aligned with business requirements.

You will monitor KPIs, troubleshoot issues, and help develop SOPs and training for site operators, while coordinating maintenance activities

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required.
3–5 years of experience in warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or logistics environments preferred.
Hands-on experience with automated material handling, robotics, or warehouse automation systems preferred.

Responsibilities

Support end-to-end implementation of warehouse automation systems, including installation, testing, commissioning, and stabilization.
Provide technical support for integration with WMS, WCS, and WES platforms to ensure reliable system performance and data flow.
Troubleshoot automation system issues, perform root-cause analysis, and collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve issues.
Monitor automation KPIs such as throughput, uptime, and accuracy, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Assist in the development and maintenance of SOPs and training materials for site operators.
Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure optimal system health and minimal downtime.
