Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in warehouse operations, shipping/receiving, inventory, or distribution.
• Forklift certification required or ability to obtain.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read shipping documents and inventory records.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the daily activities of warehouse employees.
• Assign work and monitor progress to meet priorities and deadlines.
• Receive, inspect, store, pick, pack, and stage materials and equipment.
• Verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and proper documentation.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts.
• Ensure orders, transfers, and deliveries are completed accurately and on time.
• Train and support warehouse staff on procedures and equipment.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely.
• Promote a safe, organized, and efficient work environment.
