Job summary

Qualifications

• 4-6+ years of management and leadership experience in an industrial setting.
• Ability to train, coach, and mentor warehouse associates and supervisors.
• Strong organization and prioritizing skills.
• Ability to manage budgets; read and interpret P&L statements; and prepare management reports.
• Proficient PC skills with knowledge of Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Maximize operational efficiencies using defined metrics and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure partner satisfaction through regular communication and KPI tracking.
• Maintain a culture of safety and monitor site performance daily.
• Coordinate staffing and operational needs with the General Manager of Operations.
• Schedule associates based on workloads and delivery schedules.
• Oversee payment processing and daily reconciliation.
