Qualificações

• 5+ years of warehouse management experience or equivalent leadership in a distribution setting.
• Strong focus on accuracy, safety, and process discipline.
• Proficient with Excel and warehouse management software; forklift certification preferred.
• Ability to coach and develop a high-performing warehouse team.

Responsabilidades

• Own daily warehouse operations — shipping, receiving, inventory control, wire management, and truck logistics.
• Set and enforce accuracy and pace standards for the warehouse team each shift.
• Maintain inventory integrity through cycle counts and timely discrepancy resolution.
• Coordinate with dispatch, counter sales, and purchasing on time-sensitive exceptions.
• Lead safety programs and ensure compliance with certification requirements.
• Develop Warehouse Leads and foster cross-branch consistency.
