The ideal candidate has 5+ years in warehouse/logistics, strong leadership, and a solid grasp of safety and inventory processes to maintain efficient workflows and high service levels.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years in warehouse or logistics operations; supervisory experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse and delivery operations, including staffing, scheduling, and task delegation.
• Supervise delivery drivers to ensure timely and efficient customer deliveries.
• Assist in onboarding and training of new warehouse and delivery employees.
• Prepare and review management reports related to warehouse and delivery productivity, safety, and other KPIs.
• Identify areas for operational improvements and implement solutions.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols, DOT regulations, OSHA standards, and company policies.
