Job summary

Northeastern Supply is seeking a Warehouse Manager in Harrisonburg, VA, to lead daily warehouse operations and ensure safe, efficient processes. The role reports to the Branch Manager and requires a results-driven leader who can manage inventory, safety, and team development.

Responsibilities include overseeing receiving and shipment, coordinating cycle counts, and maintaining accuracy and security. A strong background in warehouse operations and supervisory experience is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year in a similar position; 4 years preferred.
• Product/applications and wholesale distribution experience preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and stand for up to 8 hours daily.
• Frequent stooping, bending, and reaching required; indoor/outdoor work conditions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee receiving, storage, and transfer of merchandise; maintain records.
• Supervise routing, loading, and order preparation for shipment per customer instructions.
• Plan and schedule inventory activities including cycle counts, auditing, and reporting.
• Maintain warehouse security and grounds to reduce shrinkage; operate within budget and meet timelines.
• Hold regular safety meetings; enforce regulations and document findings.
