Job summary

Capital Electric in the Richmond area is seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee the Capital HUB operations, including receiving, shipping, storage and inventory control, to ensure accurate and efficient daily material flow.

Ideal candidate has 3–5 years supervisory experience in warehouse or logistics, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to lift up to 70 lbs; forklift certification preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of supervisory or managerial experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. regularly and up to 70 lbs. occasionally.
• Familiarity with warehouse systems, RF scanning, and safe forklift operation (certification preferred).

Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall logistical operation of the Capital HUB, including receiving, shipping, delivery and product storage/inventory to ensure daily material flow is accurate and efficient.
