Job summary

Capital Electric is seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee the Capital HUB operations in Richmond, VA. You will manage receiving, storage, picking, shipping, and delivery coordination while driving accuracy and efficiency across the warehouse.

Responsibilities include leading a team, training staff, and enforcing OSHA safety standards. Qualifications include a high school diploma and 3–5 years in warehouse leadership.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in warehouse or logistics supervisory roles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, stocking, order picking, shipping, and delivery coordination.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and proper storage practices.
• Lead, train, and supervise warehouse associates to ensure safe, efficient workflow.
• Enforce OSHA and company safety standards; ensure proper use and maintenance of equipment.
• Collaborate with branches and internal teams to meet service and delivery expectations.
