Capital Electric is hiring a Warehouse Manager to oversee the Capital HUB's receiving, stocking, picking, shipping and delivery coordination. The role focuses on accurate inventory, safe operations, and leadership of warehouse staff to maintain efficient workflows.

Candidates should have 3–5 years of supervisory experience in warehouse/logistics, with a High School diploma or GED and preferred degrees. The position is based in Virginia with competitive benefits and a salary range of

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of supervisory or managerial experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Familiarity with warehouse systems and safe forklift operation (certification preferred).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, stocking, order picking, shipping, and delivery coordination.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and proper storage practices.
• Lead, train, and supervise warehouse associates to ensure safe, efficient workflow.
• Enforce OSHA and company safety standards; ensure proper use and maintenance of equipment.
• Collaborate with branches and internal teams to meet service and delivery expectations.
