NORTHEASTERN SUPPLY INC is hiring a Warehouse Manager for our Harrisonburg, VA branch. The role oversees all warehouse operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with OSHA/DOT regulations while leading a high-performing team.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED and 1+ year in a similar role (4+ years preferred). Strong supervisory skills and experience in wholesale distribution are valued. Benefits eligible after 45 days of employment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a similar position; 4 years preferred.
• Experience with product/applications and wholesale distribution preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee receiving, storage, and transfer of merchandise; maintain records.
• Supervise routing, loading, and order preparation for shipment.
• Plan inventory activities including cycle counts, audits, and back orders.
• Maintain warehouse security and grounds; operate within budget and meet delivery timelines.
• Supervise delivery vehicle maintenance and ensure regulatory compliance.
