Job summary

Medline Industries, LP seeks a Warehouse Manager to support the Director of Operations by directing warehouse activities and overseeing daily production and order fulfillment at the Tracy, CA distribution center. You will establish procedures for shipments, inventory, and recordkeeping, lead daily processes, and coordinate with operations leadership to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• 3–5 years supervisory experience with personnel and warehouse teams.
• Certified as a CDR by the State of Florida, where applicable.
• Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Direct warehouse activities and oversee daily production and order fulfillment.
• Establish and enforce procedures for incoming/outgoing shipments, inventory, and recordkeeping.
• Collaborate with the Director of Operations to resolve daily challenges and optimize throughput.
• Monitor safety, hygiene, and team performance; ensure compliance with company policies.
• Support HR processes related to staffing, performance management, and training.
