Job summary

Medline Industries, LP is seeking a Operations Supervisor to support the Director of Operations at a distribution center. Responsibilities include directing warehouse activities, overseeing production and order fulfillment, and ensuring accurate shipments and current inventory.

The role requires 3–5 years supervisory experience in a distribution environment, with a preference for a Bachelor's degree and CDR certification where applicable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred; relevant work experience accepted in lieu of degree.
• Certified as a CDR by the State of Florida to ensure compliant operations and handling of pharmaceutical products.
• Strong supervisory experience in a distribution/fulfillment environment.

Responsibilities

• Direct warehouse activities and oversee daily production and order fulfillment.
• Establish and enforce operational procedures to ensure accurate shipments and inventory.
• Support HR processes, staffing, performance management and training.
• Oversee expense management, repairs, freight, and carrier coordination.
• Monitor inventory (VMI) and ensure safe, compliant operations and customer service.
