Job summary

Medline Industries, LP in Wilmer, TX is seeking a hands-on Operations Manager to direct warehouse activities and oversee daily production and order fulfillment, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and safety in all processes.

You will partner with the Director of Operations to establish procedures for verification of shipments, inventory management, vendor relations, and compliant handling, while leading a team of supervisors toward timely, high-quality results and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, relevant work experience accepted in lieu of degree.
• Certified as a CDR by the State of Florida where applicable to ensure compliant operations and handling of pharmaceutical products.
• 3 to 5 years supervisory experience in a distribution/warehouse environment.

Responsibilities
