Job summary

Medline Industries, LP seeks a warehouse operations leader to oversee daily warehouse activities, including processing, packaging, and storage of supplies and equipment. You will supervise staff, ensure on-time paperwork, and maintain a safe work environment while driving productivity and accuracy in inventory reporting.

The role requires coaching / mentoring of team members, hiring input, and collaboration with customer service to resolve warehouse-related issues.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree a plus.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience coaching, mentoring and training staff.
• Warehouse experience required; basic skill level.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily administration and operation of the warehouse, including receiving, storage, and shipping of materials.
• Direct and supervise warehouse staff; review procedures for efficiency, space usage, and equipment protection.
• Ensure accuracy of inventory; audit goods received into warehouse; monitor overtime within budget.
