Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree a plus.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience coaching, mentoring and training staff.
• At least 3 years warehouse experience.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and handle physical tasks.
• Ability to sit, walk, or stand for prolonged periods.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily administration and operation of the warehouse.
• Direct and supervise warehouse staff and maintain procedures.
• Review effectiveness of procedures, space utilization and equipment protection.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and accurate reporting.
• Coordinate with customer service to resolve warehouse issues.
• Coach and mentor team members in productivity, safety and Medline Core Values.
