Job summary

Medline Industries, LP seeks a qualified operations-support leader to assist the Director of Operations at the distribution center. You will guide warehouse activities, oversee daily production and order fulfillment, and ensure processes comply with regulatory requirements across the facility.

Key duties include developing operational procedures for shipments, inventory accuracy, and vendor coordination, while supporting HR, safety, and cost-control efforts.

Responsibilities

• Direct warehouse activities and oversee daily production and order fulfillment.
• Establish operational procedures for shipments, materials handling, and inventory accuracy.
• Support HR processes and staffing at the local facility, and assist with performance management.
• Manage expenses and freight coordination to ensure efficient resources.
• Monitor inventory movement from trailer to racks and ensure Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI).
• Support sales and resolve customer service issues, including OSI-based complaints.
• Promote safety and housekeeping practices and guide safety committees.
