Job summary

Medline Industries, LP is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced, high-performing environment. You will manage receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping while driving accuracy and efficiency across processes and space utilization.

You will develop and coach team members, enforce safety standards, and partner with customer service to resolve issues, delivering exceptional service to healthcare professionals.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of supervisory experience coaching, mentoring and training staff.
• At least 3 years warehouse experience with basic skills.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Administer and oversee the daily operation of the warehouse including processing, packaging and storage of supplies, materials and equipment.
• Oversee receipt, storage and shipment of materials and related reporting; ensure inventory accuracy.
• Coach and mentor team members in productivity, quality, safety and Medline values.
• Lead day-to-day activities of employees and review progress and accuracy of work.
• Partner with customer service to resolve warehouse-related issues.
