Job summary

Performance Food Group in Minnesota, Marshall, seeks an experienced warehouse supervisor to direct all warehouse operations, including shipping and receiving, and to ensure accurate, timely product flow. You will lead a team, manage performance, and drive safety and efficiency across the distribution floor.

The role requires 4–6 years in warehouse leadership with extensive knowledge of warehouse processes. OSHA forklift certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent Experience.
• 4-6 years warehouse and team lead or supervisory experience with in-depth knowledge of all warehouse processes.

Responsibilities

• Directs and supervises warehouse staff including staffing, training, coaching, performance management and safety.
• Collaborates with Transportation Manager to maximize efficiency; oversees loading/unloading, schedules and deliveries.
• Reviews stock status and coordinates with inventory to ensure accuracy and meet customer needs.
• Coordinates with inventory to return obsolete product or sell to other distributors as needed.
• Ensures building and equipment are maintained through supervision of maintenance activities.
• Informs Customer Service and Operations about shortages, substitutes, and records information.
• Ensures adherence to SOPs across the department.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
