Job summary

Performance Food Group is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee order pulling, loading, and paperwork for next-day delivery. The role requires supervising staff, ensuring accuracy and safety, and coordinating with the Warehouse Manager to optimize productivity.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, 2–4 years in warehousing, and supervisory experience; an associate degree in business/logistics and OSHA forklift certification are a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years of warehouse or related experience.
• Associates/2-year degree in business management, logistics or related area (preferred).
• OSHA forklift operator certificate.

Responsibilities

• Supervises administrative staff including hiring, scheduling, training and guidance, and evaluating performance.
• Ensures timely, accurate order pulling and proper loading on trucks for next-day delivery.
• Ensures stock rotation and first-in/first-out procedures are followed.
• Upholds service quality and ensures staff understand their roles to meet customer expectations.
• Coordinates pick planning with the Warehouse Manager.
• Utilizes warehouse systems to maximize productivity and analyzes performance for improvements.
• Maintains building security and safe operation of material handling equipment.
