Performance Food Group (New) is seeking a warehouse supervisor in Oak Creek, Wisconsin. The role oversees staff receiving, order pulling, and loading next-day deliveries, ensuring accuracy and timely execution in a fast-moving distribution environment.

The position emphasizes FIFO stock rotation, safety, and health and safety program adherence while using our warehouse management system to maximize productivity. Prior supervisory experience and forklift certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
• 2-4 years of warehouse or related experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• OSHA Forklift operator certificate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises administrative staff: hiring, scheduling, training, and evaluating performance.
• Ensures accurate order pulling and proper loading of trucks.
• Maintains FIFO stock rotation and proper paperwork.
• Promotes service quality and ensures customer expectations are met.
• Coordinates pick planning with Warehouse Manager.
• Uses warehouse management system to maximize productivity.
• Ensures building security and safe operation of material handling.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
