Job summary

UNIS is seeking a frontline warehouse leader to coordinate daily activities across receiving, inventory, picking, packing, replenishment and shipping. You will drive safety, accuracy, and efficiency while partnering with the GM to elevate operational excellence and continuous process improvement in our logistics network.

You will coach and direct warehouse associates, monitor workflow with WMS and RF scanners, and uphold quality and safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership in a warehouse setting; able to coach and develop staff.
• Experience using WMS, RF scanners, and related warehouse tech to manage workflow and accuracy.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily warehouse activities across receiving, inventory, picking, packing, replenishment, and shipping to support goals.
• Provide day-to-day direction, coaching, and support to warehouse associates while promoting teamwork and accountability.
• Monitor workflow, productivity, and inventory accuracy using WMS and warehouse technology; escalate issues to leadership as needed.
• Verify completed work and maintain high standards for quality, safety, and inventory accuracy.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflow and team performance and partner with leadership to implement changes.
