Job summary

Arhaus is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to guide day-to-day floor operations and drive improvements for customer satisfaction and production efficiency. You will lead the distribution team, ensure on-time product receipt, and optimize resources while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Requires at least 5 years in warehouse supervision, strong leadership, and proficiency in MS Office. The role focuses on scheduling, staffing, training, and enforcing policies to achieve department goals.

Qualifications

• No less than 5 years of warehouse supervisory experience.
• Education: High school diploma; college degree preferred.
• Computer proficiency: MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Ability to train individuals in loading and warehousing.
• Leadership and supervisory experience and understanding of management principles.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and supervision to distribution team members within a specific functional area and/or process.
• Support department manager and/or sr. operations manager to ensure timely, accurate product receipt, order fulfillment, and resources optimization.
• Manage team members to ensure compliance with policies/procedures and drive process improvements.
• Supervise daily operations in the functional area until work is complete for the day.
• Develop and implement departmental changes enhancing workflow and meeting customer requirements.
