Qualifications

• High school diploma; college degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in a distribution center or warehouse.
• Minimum 2–3 years of management experience.
• Project management experience.
• Process improvement focus.
• Excellent problem solving.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Cross-functional collaboration with other departments.
• Ability to coach, develop, and lead multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop teams; set performance objectives and provide coaching.
• Monitor operations performance through KPIs by analyzing business reports.
