GNC is seeking an Operations I Supervisor to oversee warehouse staff and ensure distribution duties are completed efficiently. You will drive productivity, support a positive work environment, and implement initiatives to improve retention and satisfaction.

The role involves planning staffing, equipment, and material flow, plus mentoring teams and maintaining safety standards across the warehouse. A background in logistics and Lean practices is preferred.

Qualifications

• 0-3 years progressive Operations experience with a degree or 3-5 years’ experience without a degree.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Outlook & Internet applications.

Responsabilités

• Monitor employee and department performance and provide an action plan to maximize productivity.
• Plan and schedule personnel, equipment, and supplies for efficient workflow.
• Assist management in developing, implementing, and managing plans.
• Hire, motivate, and train new and current employees.
• Ensure safe handling of materials and a safe work environment.
• Oversee cleaning and housekeeping initiatives; adapt to changes in schedule.
